Fulham v Crystal Palace live: score, updates and line-ups

Full time at Craven Cottage: Crystal Palace hold on for a 1-0 win despite being heavily outplayed for long spells. Nketiah's first-half finish from Mingueza's cross proved the only goal, with Fulham dominating possession and corners but unable to find a way past Henderson, who denied Gonzalo García's header deep into stoppage time. Palace grew into things late on with McNeil twice testing Lecomte on the break, and in the end Fulham's territory and chances - 14 shots to four - counted for nothing as Palace progress with a disciplined defensive display.

Palace have found a bit more threat on the break late on, with McNeil twice forcing good saves out of Lecomte, and Kamada almost nicking a second from close range after good work from Mitchell. Fulham are still edging possession and corners and had another blocked effort through Berge, but the final ball has deserted them as the game heads into its closing stages still at 1-0.

Fulham continue to dominate territory and chances but still can't find the leveller. Iwobi had the best of it, forced a good save from Henderson from close range, while Cairney and King also had efforts blocked as the hosts piled on the pressure. Palace have made defensive changes through Mitchell and Wharton and picked up another booking, this time for Guessand, as they hang on to their slender lead with barely a touch of the ball.

Fulham have continued to lay siege to the Palace goal after the break, adding two more corners and seeing Andersen head wide before Muniz was denied by Henderson from distance. Palace, reduced to defending in numbers, picked up another yellow through Lerma for a foul on Palacios, and with three fresh faces now on for Fulham - King, Cairney and Castagne all introduced just after the hour - the hosts look to be freshening things up in search of an equaliser.

Against the run of play, Palace break and take the lead - Mingueza's cross finds Nketiah, who finishes crisply from the centre of the box despite Fulham's dominance of possession and shots. Fulham have responded with Berge going close twice before the break, but it's Palace who lead 1-0 heading into half-time.

Fulham have continued to dictate things, still holding the lion's share of possession and now 4-0 up on shots after a flurry of chances from a corner - Tete headed wide, Muniz saw a header blocked and Robinson forced a save from Henderson. Berge picked up a yellow for a foul on Osorio in between, while Palace's best moment was a Guessand effort ruled out for offside, but they remain without a shot of their own.

A scrappy opening quarter with Fulham dominating territory, enjoying almost 90% of possession, but neither side has managed a shot yet. The game has been stop-start, littered with free kicks won by both Bassey and Robinson for Fulham, while Nketiah has twice given away fouls for Palace. Palace have been the more combative side without the ball, picking up four fouls to Fulham's one, but there's little to separate the teams clear-cut chance-wise so far.
